The perfect board in a wide range of conditions from small to medium size waves. Should be ordered shorter and wider. Featured here is the 5'10" x 19" x 2 5/16". Low boxy rails, medium rocker. Single double concave. Volume 26.40 LT. The two pins on the swallow tail assist control in tight situations like tube riding. This design is one of the original small waves designs that most surfers have gone for over the years.
The swallow tail assists with faster transitions, quicker directional changes and has a more aesthetically pleasing look to designs with wide tails. The wide tailed surfboard designs have become more and more popular in recent years. They are very efficient in small waves generating plenty of speed for radical surfing in smaller surf.
GR Concave Combo = Deeper Single Double Concave Vee exit. The vee exit refers to vee that has been shaped in around the back fin. This greatly assists rail to rail transitions making combo manoeuvres much easier on wider tailed designs.
